Copyright Infringement Takedown ProceduresTrajecsys respects copyrights and expects the users of the Trajecsys site to respect copyrights as well. As per 17 U.S.C. Section 512, Trajecsys has adopted and implemented the following Takedown Procedures.Takedown NoticeIf you believe that content on this Site constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Trajecsys Copyright Agent listed below with a Takedown Notice containing the following information:Counter-NoticeProviders of content on the Trajecsys site who are notified of a Takedown Notice regarding content they provided on the Trajecsys site may respond by providing Trajecsys's Copyright Agent listed below with a Counter-Notice containing the following information:(A) Your physical or electronic signature; (B) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled; (C) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and (D) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Trajecsys may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the Takedown Notice or an agent of such person. Once we receive a Counter-Notice, we may provide a copy of the Counter-Notice to the party that sent the Takedown Notice. In addition, Trajecsys may replace the removed material and/or cease disabling access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the Counter-Notice, unless Trajecsys' Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the Takedown Notice that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the complained of infringing activity. It is the responsibility of users to save data through offline archiving or printout, and we encourage all users to save data as often as possible. If records are archived rather than purged, a fee for recovery may be assessed.Payment and RefundsEducational programs are free to discontinue use of the Trajecsys Report System™ at any time prior to the arranged date for the first payment(s) to Trajecsys Corporation at no charge for setup, testing, or use. Thereafter, a program is free to discontinue the Trajecsys Report System following written notification. Initial payment for system access is due on the date(s) mutually agreed upon by the educational institution and Trajecsys and system access will be denied to users for non-payment 30 days thereafter if payment is not received.Students from time to time will drop out of an academic program for any number of issues which may or may not have been related to the student's performance in the academic program. Trajecsys Corporation requires that if a student has withdrawn from a program for any reason, and then re-enters that program at a later date, that the student will pay the required fee as if starting the program over again. Trajecsys Corporation requires that a student pay the required fee if entering a different program within the same academic/hospital institution, after graduating from a program that uses Trajecsys Report System in multiple areas of the institution. Example:: A student graduates from a radiologic technology program and then enters a diagnostic medical sonography program. The student is required to pay the required fee for access to the Trajecsys Report System in the sonography program.Discrimination and Harassment PoliciesTrajecsys Corporation assures applicants, employees and visitors an equal opportunity in employment and accessibility to facilities or services without regard to that person's age, race, color, sex, religious creed, national origin, political opinion, affiliation, marital status, or disability. The sole exception would be when job requirements constitute a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to perform essential job tasks.
